Earthquake resistance
1. The area of each floor of the building shall not exceed 600 m2, and the floor height shall not exceed 3.6m.
2. When the seismic fortification intensity is 6 and 7 degrees (0.10g), the height ratio of the building shall not be greater than 1.2; When the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees (0.15g) and 8 degrees (0.20g), the height width ratio of the building shall not be greater than 1.0.
The design code in this section makes clear provisions for the size and spacing of seismic shear wall of wooden house, so as to ensure the safety factor of the whole building.
Wooden villas have good life safety performance in earthquake. Wooden villas are constructed by tenon and tenon, and the main structures are staggered; It has good stability. As a structural material, the seismic performance of wood is obviously better than other materials. Wood is light and high-strength, so the energy generated by ground acceleration on wooden buildings is not as large as that of other buildings. Another additional advantage of the wood frame system is that it is more flexible than other materials and can absorb and dissipate energy. In this kind of building, wood members are small, standard in size and closely spaced. Most frames consist of three parts: the vertical wall bones that form the wall skeleton; Horizontal joists forming the floor; And rafters or brackets supporting the roof. When the wall is made of diagonal bracing board or light wood-based board to form wall cladding, it has lateral resistance, and then forms a shear wall system - light, high strength and high construction efficiency. All components support the building to resist gravity, wind and earthquake. Practice has proved that the wooden structure shows its stability and structural integrity under various extreme load conditions. Even if the strong earthquake separates the whole building from its foundation, its structure is often intact. Wood structure has great toughness, strong resistance to instantaneous impact load and periodic fatigue failure, and has the best seismic resistance in all structures, which has been fully proved in many large earthquake areas. In the 1995 Kobe earthquake in Japan, most of the remaining houses were wooden structures.
Durability
Wooden villas are built of high-grade pine. Wood is a natural, healthy and highly compatible material. Wooden integrated house is an environment-friendly and healthy high-grade residence. Wood is produced and processed into different wall profiles according to different architectural shapes through modern technology, and then through flame retardant, anti-corrosion treatment and other processes, making it more solid and durable. It has significant stability against sinking stress, drying resistance and aging resistance. If used properly, wood is a stable, long-life and durable material. At the same time, in the process of use, it can be decided to brush wood wax oil according to the use situation, so as to protect more layers of wood.
Fire resistance
The wood used for the building structure of wooden villa is treated with water-based flame retardant, which has carbonization effect. In case of fire, a carbonization layer will be formed on the wood surface, and its low conductivity can effectively prevent the flame from spreading inward, so as to ensure that the whole wood structure will not be damaged for a long time.
Moisture resistance
People often mistakenly think that water is the enemy of wood. This is not the case. Wooden buildings can have long-term performance in rainy or humid places. The key is to know how to control moisture when using wood-based construction products in design and construction. Generally speaking, the only part of a building that needs to be completely moisture-proof is the building shell, especially the roof. It should drain as much as possible, but it should maintain waterproof performance during water storage. If the building surface can be well waterproof, we can believe that other building components in the building do not necessarily need to be waterproof. Wood structure houses can be protected from corrosion and moisture, because we dry all building materials. Most volume changes can be avoided through the drying treatment of wood. These wood have been pre dried to below 19% moisture content, and its moisture-proof performance can even reach about 10 times that of brick concrete structure. Moisture content measures how much moisture a piece of wood contains relative to the weight of the wood itself. We calculate the moisture content by dividing the weight of wood when completely dry by the weight of moisture in a given wood sample. If the moisture content of wood is equal to or less than 19%, the wood is considered dry. When the moisture content of wood is about 28%, it reaches fiber saturation, which is the benchmark of drying shrinkage and decay. Corrosion bacteria generally do not grow unless the moisture content of wood reaches or exceeds the fiber saturation point. At the same time, we impregnate the wood with preservatives such as ACQ and BAC, and use natural vegetable oil as the surface coating to prevent water erosion. In fact, compared with other commonly used building materials, wood is less vulnerable to permanent damage due to occasional wetting. Wooden buildings in rainy or humid places can have long-term performance without problems.
Green environmental protection, thermal insulation and energy saving
Wood is a natural, healthy and affinity material. Wooden villa is an environment-friendly and healthy high-grade residence. Excellent thermal insulation performance, saving more than 40% energy than ordinary brick concrete structure houses. Its thermal insulation performance is 400 times that of steel and 16 times that of concrete. The research shows that the thermal insulation performance of 150 mm thick wood structure wall is equivalent to 610 mm thick brick wall. Wood is the preferred building material for "green building". In an era of decreasing fossil fuels and rising costs, light wood structure buildings have obvious advantages over other building materials. The energy consumption of manufacturing wood structure building materials is lower than that of steel or concrete, both of which need high-temperature refining and manufacturing. The wooden house is made of all solid wood and is called "a breathing house". The indoor air contains a lot of fendofine and negative ions called air vitamins. Fenduojing and negative ions are the favorite substances of modern "forest bathers". They can effectively kill bacteria in the air, curb diseases and enhance immunity. They have obvious effects on keeping the brain awake, improving attention, reducing blood pressure and stabilizing nerves. The radiation of the harmful gas radon in the wooden house is very low and harmless to human body; Wood has little influence on energy consumption, air pollution, water pollution and greenhouse gas emission. According to the research of the Institute of building environment and equipment engineering of Tsinghua University, wood structure buildings can save 5.3% energy than light outline structure buildings and 8.1% energy than concrete structure buildings. In the life cycle of buildings, it can save about 6% operation cost compared with ordinary concrete roofs. Light wood structure buildings have the potential to greatly reduce heating and cooling costs in the service life of residential units. Compared with other building materials such as steel or concrete, the holes in the wooden structure make the wooden house have excellent thermal insulation performance. There is space between the frame structures of light wood structure buildings, which can accommodate thermal insulation materials, reduce heating and cooling costs, reduce fossil fuel consumption, and maintain a comfortable temperature in an economic way.
